For more than 20 years, Ada has been managing people, products and projects, and doing a darn good job of it! From Ossur to Hanger to HID to Henkel (that’s a lot of Hs by the way), Ada has built a stellar career as a cross-functional expert and a project leader with mad skills. Ada is not shy about taking on the unknown and quickly and effectively operationalizing workflow, business process and teams to deliver customer value and internal efficiencies.  Here at Maria Shireen®, we’re fond of saying… “behind every great idea, there has to be a great Ada.” One of the things we love most about Ada besides the fact she’s super smart and one of the hardest working people we know. She’s a great mom too – the best job in the world.

In addition to managing Maria Shireen’s wholesale and customer service operations, Ada is the general manager for our mass market brand My Hair Tie Bracelets™ where she oversees everything from sourcing and fulfillment to marketing, sales, distribution and customer service.

Born in Guatemala and raised in Los Angeles, Ada is a southern California gal at heart. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Leadership, and is currently pursuing her MBA. Ada lives in Orange County with her fiancé Lawrence and Chihuahua Lucy.
